How do you charge customers?
Generally we charge based on the volume that the material takes up using our dump trailer. However if your material is extremely heavy or overly large we do charge based on the weight.
What is included in the work?
We are staffed with efficient workers. The trucks are also equipped with shovels, brooms, dolly, carts, sledge hammers, and power tools to make the work faster and professional clean up as well.
How much notice do you need?
We understand no one wants junk laying there for a long while. That's why we pride ourselves on removing the junk or debris the same day or the following day. Larger jobs may need to be scheduled so we can start in the morning and get it done fast.
Do you offer scheduled appointments?
Yes, we do offer scheduled appointments. However because we do not know the exact size of every job before we arrive on site we book our arrival times as a one-hour window of time. If by chance a prior job takes longer, we will promptly call you on our departure from the previous job..
Where are you located, what areas do you service?
We our located in Dover New Jersey. Our goal is to provide you with great service. We can travel almost anywhere depending on job. Small jobs or small pick ups get our full attention as well as larger jobs.
Do you travel anywhere in New Jersey or out of State?
We will travel out of State (surrounding New Jersey) ONLY on larger jobs such as cleanouts of businesses, large construction areas, multiple apartments, condominiums, or complete house cleanouts. This will also apply if you are located extremely far from our surrounding area due to cost of gas and our time.
What payment methods do you accept?
All Season Junk Removal can be paid by Cash, Money Order, Personal Check, or Business Check.
Sorry, at this time we do not accept Credit Cards.
Can you move an item from one location to another location?
Yes we do for a small fee. If there is something your throwing out but you want it delived to your friends house we can deliver it anywhere. But remember due to the nature of this business our trucks are dirty and we do not carry moving insurance.
I have junk at one site and some at another, can the jobs be done together?
Yes, however, we charge as if we are doing two separate jobs at two separate sites. Repeated service will allow us to give you a better discount as well.
Are you licensed? insured?
Yes we are fully licensed and insured with general home improvement liability and truck insurance.
Can you give me an exact price over the phone?
Unfortunately because we cannot see the material over the phone we cannot give you an exact cost. However, since we understand that it is tough to get an idea of how much material you have our team will give you a no obligation estimate and if price are agreed on, we can in most cases start right then or set up a day to do the removal.
Do I need to be on site to have the job done?
Not at all, but if there are some items you do not want removed you might want to try and be there or mark them so we can see the items you want to keep.
Can you do the job after business hours?
Yes, we work around your schedule, including weekends and all Holidays.
Do you take campers, trailers, or vehicles?
If you have a broken down vehicle that you no longer want, there are some auto companies we know that will actually come and haul away your vehicle at no charge.
What do you do with all the junk that you haul away?
Most of the material that we haul goes to recycling centers and city transfer stations. Some material is donated to charities. Certain charities only accept brand new items so what we cannot donate goes straight to your local dumping facilities.
Can you do light demolition work?
Yes we can! shed teardown, porches, pools, pool decks, carpet removal, house decks, firepits, privacy fences, garages, patios, retaining walls, Garden Houses, etc...
Why would I use your service instead of a rented dumpster?
We provide all the loading and clean up for you. You are only charged for the volume that material takes up in the truck as opposed to a rented dumpster where you are charged a flat fee for the dumpster regardless of what you put in it. Secondly a dumpster must sit on your driveway and may crack your cement for the entire time of the clean up while you have to load it.We provide all the loading for you, followed by a final sweep.
Do I get discount if the material is worth something?
Unfortunately because we do not receive discounts at the transfer stations we have no savings to pass along to you.
When do you get paid?
We provide you with the service first and once the job is completed you can pay us when we're done. In some cases, we won't require a down payment for our services until the work is complete.
Do you offer payment plans?
No. Payments must be paid in full when work is completed.
What about payments for commercial work?
Commercial work varies, payments still expected when job is completed. Some cases we can discuss payment terms based on the job.
